Computer did a quick "shit itself" last night. My desktop wallpaper actually became a poorly spelled warning against spyware.

YOUR'RE COMPUTER IS IN DANGER! IT COULD BREAK YOUR LIFE!

Yeah. Just like that. Those exact words. I was noticeably freaked out...I didn't know spyware (or it's anti-brethren) could hijack my lovely desktop wallpaper.

So I quick-yanked everything onto the external hard drive and reformatted again. Though now that I look, I forgot two videos I paid money for. Shit.

'Nuther day in the misadventures. I wish I could say, once in a while, "FOR SCIENCE!" about this sort of thing. It would justify...everything.
